Age Limits
*What is the football age limit?
Football programs start at 8U (age 5) and go up to 14U (age 14).
*What is the cheer age limit?
Cheer Mascots start at age 4, and cheer programs go up to age 14.
Parent Hours
*How many parent volunteer hours are required per registered athlete?
Each registered athlete requires 4 parent volunteer hours for the season.
*Who can volunteer?
All parent task volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
*I signed up for a volunteer position but can’t make it. What do I do?
You are responsible for communicating directly with the Parent Volunteer Coordinator if you are unable to fulfill your scheduled volunteer shift.
Practice
*Who do I contact if my child will miss practice?
Please contact the Head Coach or Team Parent through the Crossbar app.
Do not contact assistants, high school volunteers, or teammates.
*Can I watch practice?
Yes.
- Football parents must remain along the fence on the side of the field
- Cheer parents should sit on the basketball court
Equipment Required
*What equipment is required for cheer and football?
Football participants must provide:
- Extra mouthguard
- Cleats
- Black socks
- Water jug
Cheer participants must provide:
- White no-show socks
- Water jug
What equipment is provided by the league?
*Football: The league Registration provides rental equipment, including:
- Equipment bag
- Shoulder pads
- Helmet
- Practice jersey ( Must be returned at the end of the season)
- Practice pants
- Game pants (must be returned at the end of the season)
*Athletes keep:
- Game-day jersey
- October Game-day Jersey (2026 season)
- One mouthguard
- October Pink socks (2026 season)
*Cheer (2026 season): Registration includes: All to keep at the end of the season
